LostInJapan collects the following information solely for service delivery: name, email, phone number, lost item details, time and place of loss, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe). We do not share this information with third parties except for search partners (police, transit operators). Payment information is processed by Stripe, Inc. and is never stored on our servers.
